It looks good but you should add a few exercises: Day1 add: Dumbbell overhead extensions (probably the best tricep exercise imo) The Plank 90 seconds,3 sets(abslower backshoulders) Weighted Dips (for triceps) Day 3 add: Crunches twisting crunches Situps Hanging leg raises or captain's chair Abs and lower back are very important.if you dont train them you will get spine problems if you lift heavy for some time!dont forget that!

have you tried lanolin , i have used the pads with it and it has worked well, my nipples are red but not sore anymore. or bleeding or split. it;s expensive but works well and fast. My son had trush and my nipples were just as you described, and the doc prescribed nystatin liquid and it worked for both of us. but my nipples remained so I tried the breast pads and within 3 days and it worked. Also, I thought diflucan was for yeast infections. Maybe you need to switch to a the nystatin. but in the meantime try the cream or pads. good luck
